2. Prices and package scope
Displayed prices are base prices for the listed packages. The final proposal confirms exact scope, deliverables, schedule, content responsibilities, revisions, hosting, recovery, support and tax treatment.
3. Ordering and agreement
After receiving an enquiry, the operator may request additional information and prepare an individual proposal. A binding relationship begins only when a specific proposal is accepted or a separate agreement is concluded.
4. Customer materials and cooperation
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate text, images, access credentials and other materials on time and for holding the necessary rights to them. Delays in materials may affect delivery timing.
5. SEO and third-party outcomes
SEO can improve technical quality, structure and relevance. Specific positions, traffic, indexation or commercial results cannot be guaranteed because search engines, competitors and other external factors also influence them.
6. Hosting, restoration and termination
Hosting scope, backup frequency, restoration responsibility, support and termination conditions are defined in the specific proposal. Annual package proposals must clearly explain what happens after expiry or non-renewal.
7. Intellectual property and licences
Ownership of the delivered solution, rights transfer, licences for tools and rights to content are governed by the specific proposal and selected technology. Open-source and paid tools remain subject to their own licences.
